friendly staff great location metal door rough edge

the staff was friendly. the location is close to many places (it's near kimberly street).

i stayed in the new wing. the main entrance has a metal door. i could easily scratch my fingers on the rough wall edge when closing it.

easy access friendly staff excellent communication

The location offered easy walking access to tourist sights, such as the peranakan museum. several michelin restaurants were nearby for dining options. the staff was friendly and helpful. Their communication was excellent.

My room was on the upper floor. It remained warm for hours even with both the air con and a fan!
